Step 1: Secure your hair back. Complete your nighttime skincare regime. 

Step 2: Identify the right and left sides of the F’age Tape.

Step 3: Fold the tape and make a small tear in the backing. Remove the backing slowly from the F’age tape. 

Step 4: Place the lower tab just inside your marionette line and between your lip and chin. Place the middle tab just above your upper lip. Place the upper tab just below your nostril and inside your nasolabial fold. Gently smooth your skin as you press the tape toward your ear/hairline. 

Step 5: Repeat on the other side.

Step 1: Start by slowly rolling back the bottom, top and middle tab. 

Step 2: Use your opposite hand to hold your skin taught, while rolling the adhesive slowly from the skin. 

Step 3: Repeat on the other side. 

Step 4: Follow with your morning cleanse + skincare regime + sunscreen.
